Currently, the most pressing issues in the adoption by Greece of judgments of other states are still decisions to divorce, child adoption, decision to heritage and other.
As a rule the decision is recognized, but in some cases its enforcement is necessary as a prerequisite for the recognition of foreign judgments. It should be emphasized that the process of enforcement, admissibility and the possibility of recognition of foreign judgments, are determined in accordance with legal rules and laws of the country and the international agreements in which it is a party.
